Warranty & Shipping Policy

Warranty

All Adotec Gear products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to workmanship or material defects, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping

We offer shipping across North America. Standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please contact us at info@adotecgear.com to initiate a return.
