WARRANTY

All ADOTEC products are covered by a 1-year warranty from purchase date against product failure due to manufacturing, design, or material defects.

If your product fails under these conditions, send photos describing the issue to info@adotecgear.com. We'll evaluate and offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on our findings.

Scuffs, punctures, or tears caused by misuse, accidents, wear, or weather are not covered, but we may help guide your repair using seam tape or DIY fixes. Modified or rental products are not covered. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition (no pet hair, grass, dirt, etc.). Setup evaluations should be done on a dry, grassy surface.

If you'd like to initiate a return, please contact us first. We’ll provide a Return Form and instructions. Returned items without a completed Return Form may not be processed.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

REPAIRS

Minor damage? We’ll help you fix it yourself whenever possible. For anything more serious, contact us and we’ll assess it case-by-case.

Repairs must be clean, free of odours, dirt, or pet hair, or they may be sent back without service. A Return Form is required for all repairs.
