Shipping Policy

Origin: All ADOTEC Gear products are shipped from our facility in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada via Canada Post.

Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout and provided directly by Canada Post. Please note these are estimates only — orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Tracking: Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. ADOTEC Gear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

USA & International Orders: Canada Post transfers parcels to USPS (USA) or your local postal carrier. If your local carrier offers tracking, you can continue tracking using the same tracking number once the parcel crosses the border.

Duties & Taxes: Your region may charge duties or taxes based on the value of your order. These fees are your responsibility and are due upon or before delivery. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
