Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that the shipping method does not affect our order processing time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination and speed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note: Adotec Gear is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once an item leaves our facility.

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes or other fees imposed by their country upon delivery. If a shipment is returned to us because duties, taxes, or import fees were not paid, any costs billed to us by the carrier—including return shipping, duties, taxes, or handling fees— are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any refund issued.
For US Customers: All of our products are made in Canada using mostly North American materials and generally qualify for preferential treatment under the USMCA trade agreement.
Free Shipping: Free shipping on qualifying orders of $160 USD or more for Canadian or US Customers. Free shipping includes carrier fees only and does not include customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees.
