Warranty
All Adotec Gear products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to workmanship or material defects, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered. Proof of purchase is required.
Conditions of Warranty Returns
To support our commitment to sustainability and circular manufacturing, we aim to repair, refurbish, or recycle every item returned to us. To qualify for a warranty evaluation, please ensure items must be returned in their original state. Please do not attempt "DIY" repairs, sew on unofficial patches, or apply adhesives before sending the item to us.
Products that have been permanently marked or altered may be deemed unserviceable. In such cases, the warranty may be voided, or a refurbishment fee may be deducted from any potential credit, as these actions prevent the material from being salvaged or resold.
By following these guidelines, you help us reduce waste and keep our products out of landfills.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please contact us at info@adotecgear.com to initiate a return.
