Shipping Policy

We proudly ship across North America, Europe and many other countries. Orders are processed within 4-6 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that the shipping method does not affect our order processing time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination and speed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note: Adotec Gear is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once an item leaves our facility.

For all international customers: please plan for potential delays due to customs inspections. These delays are not within our control and delays are not factored into the estimated shipping time.

Customs, Taxes & Duties: Packages are shipped "Deliver Duty Unpaid" or DDU. Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, tariffs or other fees owing to their country's customs agency upon delivery. Customers are also responsible for paying any brokerage fees incurred to process the package through customs.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment is returned to us because duties, taxes, tariffs or import fees were not paid or the customer has refused the shipment, any costs billed to us by the carrier—including return shipping, duties, taxes, or handling fees— are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any eligible refund. Adotec Gear reserves the right to charge a processing fee of $50 in these cases. If the combined carrier return costs and fees exceed the value of the ordered items, or if the package is abandoned/destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

For US Customers: All of our products are made in Canada using mostly North American materials and generally qualify for preferential treatment under the USMCA/CUSMA trade agreement. *Changes in US Customs policy taking effect August 19, 2026 may impose tariffs on products that qualify for USCMA/CUSMA.*

Free Shipping: Free shipping on qualifying orders of $160 CAD or more for Canadian Customers. Free shipping includes carrier fees only.
