Shipping Policy

All ADOTEC Gear products are shipped from our facility in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada. We use Canada Post and FedEx for shipping. Estimated delivery dates may be seen during the checkout process and are directly provided by Canada Post and FedEx.

Most stock items such as stuff sacks, small accessories, etc will be shipped the next business day (Mon-Fri, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada). Made-to-order items such as shelters, packs may require a few additional days to complete. Orders containing both stock and made-to-order items will be mailed as a single shipment once the entire order is complete. If you'd like an updated lead time on any specific item please email info@adotecgear.com with subject line "Lead Time". When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Please note we are not responsible for any packages that go missing after tracking shows that they have been delivered.

 

For USA and other international destinations:  If Canada Post is selected as the shipping method, packages will be handed over by Canada Post to USPS (USA), or your country's local postal service for delivery in your country. If your country's postal service offers tracking, use the same tracking number provided by Canada Post to track the package once it crosses the border.

NOTE: Your country, state, province, region, etc may collect duties and/or taxes based on the value of the package in accordance with applicable regulations in your country/region. These duties/taxes are your responsibility and payment will be required on or before delivery. We are not responsible for any packages arrested at customs due non-payment of any such fees. In case where your country's customs returns a package to us and charges us any fees, all such fees will be deducted from your refund.
