Peel off paper liner and stick on! Install on edge of tarp ONLY.  Not deigned to work on mid-tarp or tent body. Heavy duty mid-tarp tie out patches can be purchased here.

This is a heavy duty tie out patch. Wide area provides superb hold and tension distribution. Correctly installed, it can withstand respectable forces. Smaller patches for light duty applications are sold here.

IMPORTANT: Follow installation instructions precisely. See illustration in the product image gallery. Adhesive is very strong and bonds instantly! The patch cannot be re-positioned once the surfaces touch.

Description

Intended to use on Dyneema® Composite Fabric only. The patch will stick to most other synthetic fabrics, but the bond may be substantially weaker. Use at own risk.

HOW TO INSTALL:

Installation steps are summarized in an picture, in the product image gallery.

Before proceeding, wipe the surface of the tarp with rubbing alcohol where the patch will be placed. Let dry for 1 minute. After installation, remember to apply pressure to the patch to strengthen the bond. Ideally this is done with a roller press, but you can just use your fingers/palm to press down for 30 seconds.
