WARRANTY:
All ADOTEC products are covered by a 1 year warranty from purchase date against product failure due to manufacturing, design and material defects.
If your product fails due to reasons above you may send it in to ADOTEC for repair, replacement or refund based on our evaluation (Please email pictures describing the failure to info@adotecgear.com).
Scuffs, punctures, or tears caused by misuse, accidents, wear or extreme weather are not covered. However, these can usually be easily fixed with seam tape by the user. Our products are constructed from ultralight materials, and some wear and tear is to be expected.
The warranty does not cover any products that have been modified in any way or used for rental purposes. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.
Returns or exchanges:
Unused products can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt. Customers are encouraged to examine products upon receipt. Backpacks, stuff sacks and other products should be examined and tents or tarps should be set up carefully in a dry grassy area to be evaluated. Products that have signs of use will be ineligible for return. Please make sure your returned products are free from pet hair, grass, debris, dirt, etc. or they may be rejected or charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to send us a package for any reason, please contact us and let us know what the issue is. We may have an easy solution that doesn’t involve sending in your gear. Otherwise we will reply with an Return form that includes our address and instructions. All packages must include an Return form to be processed.
Adotec Gear is not responsible for the return shipping costs, damaged, or lost items in return transit.
Repairs:
Most minor damage to products can be repaired by you and we will try our best to help you find a reasonable solution.
If self-repair is not possible, we will accept items for repair on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to receive a Return form. If returning items for repair, please ensure they are free from dirt, debris, pet hair and contain no odours or your items may be returned back to you.
