Warranty / Returns / Repairs


Unused products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (minus the shipping charges), you will also be responsible for the shipping charge back to us, and ADOTEC is not responsible for any damages or lost products during return shipping. All custom made products built to customer specifications are not eligible for returns other than warranty reasons (manufacturing/material defects).
*Any products that have signs of use will be ineligible for return.


All ADOTEC products are covered by a 1 year warranty from purchase date against manufacturing/material defects. If your product fails due to reasons above you may send it in to ADOTEC for repair, replacement or refund based on our evalutation (Please email pictures describing the failure to info@adotecgear.com). ADOTEC uses highly advanced, ultra lightweight materials in our products which require specific cautions and care as outlined on the Dyneema® Composite Fabric (DCF) Info page. ADOTEC is not responsible for any damage done to the products from normal wear-and-tear, and misuse such as tears, punctures, etc. The warranty does not cover any products that have been modified in any way or used for rental purposes. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.


Most minor damages to the DCF material can be easily fixed by the customer themselves using our DCF repair kits. If your gear suffered damage that is beyond your ability to repair, please contact us with pictures and description of damage. We will try our best to help you out on a case by case basis.
